I dream of an Ethiopia where a young person can choose agriculture with pride because farming offers a dignified and prosperous future. I want to see our farmers have access to modern technology, reliable markets, finance, knowledge, and infrastructure so that hard work on the land can translate into a better life.
Ethiopia has extraordinary agricultural potential, but potential alone is not enough. We must connect the farmer to technology, investment, processing, and markets. My dream is to see young Ethiopians return to the land not because they have no other choice, but because they see agriculture as one of the places where they can build successful businesses, create jobs, feed their communities, and contribute to the country's future.
