I dream of an Ethiopia where a young programmer in Addis Ababa, a university graduate in Hawassa, or an ambitious entrepreneur in a small regional town can turn an idea into a successful enterprise without having to leave the country to find opportunity. I want to see technology become a bridge between talent and possibility.
We have a generation that is remarkably creative, adaptable, and hungry to succeed. My dream is to see that energy supported by better access to capital, mentorship, infrastructure, and markets.
